Dr. Droleskey serves as a liaison to the colleges for partnership connections in Mexico and works to facilitate efforts that assist Texas A&M faculty in reaching their research and academic goals with these Mexican partners.  Within the Department of Global Engagement in the Division of Academic & Strategic Collaborations, she is responsible for administrative oversight of accountability, assessment, and continuous improvement efforts, as well as various administrative tasks such as diversity efforts and oversight of global partnership services related to international agreements with foreign partners. Dr. Droleskey assists with administrative matters for several University locations abroad, including Mexico Partnership Services and the Soltis Center for Research and Education in Costa Rica.

Ms. Olvera works under the supervision of the Executive Director in Global Partnership Services, in the Department of Global Engagement (Division of Academic & Strategic Collaboration). She manages the administrative and accounting procedures for the Mexico Partnership Services, which include the ordinary operational activities as well as facilitating Texas A&M researchers' activities in Mexico. She may serve as the point of contact between Texas A&M researchers and Mexican entities and institutions. She assists with searches for possible partners; oversees grant funding management, contacts government institutions, universities, or entities for data or scheduling possible visits, among other services.  Ms. Olvera serves as a resource for faculty to identify options and tools to ensure that their projects with Mexican partners may be carried out.
